Brush Cutting Dispute

A Dispute over of Brush-cutting services is brewing. Earlier this week, MLA Jack Carr said the Provincial government cut one-third of the roadside brush cutting budget and it was making roads in his riding New Maryland-Sunbury West dangerous. Transportation Minister Denis Landry says the Graham Government is taking care of brush cutting in the province.
Landry says the government maintains over 18-thousand kilometres of road in the province and work to keep high and medium traffic areas safe which he says is a reasonable approach.
