An autopsy has confirmed that the death of an inmate at Dorechester Penitentiary on Friday night was a murder.
44-year-old Daniel Pépin of Quebec died after a fight with another inmate at the Shepody Healing Centre.
RCMP still have laid no charges but are looking into the incident.
