Ride For Dad Goes Tomorrow

The Canadian Army Veterans Motorcycle Unit raising money for prostate cancer in their annual Ride for Dad. Tony Mowery is co-chair of the event and tells CHSJ News the event has raised over 30 thousand dollars in the last three years.


He say they are getting a patent for some of the detection for prostate cancer that they have come up with the money they have been able to raise.

Mowery says anyone can take part by showing up at the Lord Beaverbrook Rink tomorrow between 8am and 10:30 to register. The first 200 people to register get a prize and a free meal ticket.
