Saint Johners taking part in the "Occupy" movement as about a hundred people marched from King's Square down to city hall in protest of corporate greed and the gap between the rich and the poor.

Malana Iverson is the Executive Director of the Multicultural Association of Saint John tells CHSJ News the increasing poverty rate, the lack of education, and the growing gap from corporate citizens is being felt in Saint John as well as the rest of the world.

She adds many people feel there is a lack of opportunities to voice those concerns and make a difference.
