Pension Board Cannot Be Dismissed

Common Councillor Bill Farren is disappointed the city doesn't have the authority to disband the Pension Board. That opinion delivered to Council by City Solicitor John Nugent. 

Mayor Mel Norton says Council has to hear first from the task force on the shared risk model.
 
The Mayor expects the task force will be reporting back to Council soon but Farren complains, in the meantime, the city finds itself in limbo.
