Anti-Bullying Events To Keep Man's Memory Alive

A mother is paying tribute to her son by organizing a string of anti-bullying events. Marina Dow, the mother of Jason Dow, who tragically lost his life two years ago, tells CHSJ news that she's putting on these events as a way to commemorate Jason's life.

She says that her son, who was 29-year-old at the time of his death, was always a target of bullying. Dow's upcoming anti-bullying events are detailed below.

Friday, March 8: Youth Dance at the Carleton Community Centre from 7-11 p.m., $3.50
Saturday, March 9: Auction/Dance at the Aquarius Tavern from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m., $10
