More Victims Coming Forward In City's Sexual Assault Investigation

Investigative Solutions Network from Toronto are handling the ongoing investigation into the actions of a late former city employee and police officer who was convicted of indecent assault back in 1999.

Lead investigator Dave Perry tells CHSJ News despite the fact Ken Estabrooks' crimes happened years ago, progress is still being made today with over 12 alleged victims coming forward.

As CHSJ News reported yesterday that common council has approved an additional $100,000 for the investigation.

Perry won't discuss any details until the investigation is over. It's hoped the case will be wrapped up by the end of this year with Common Council approving a total of $200,000 in funding for it so far.
