City Police also reporting they spent 4 hours tracking down two teens who ran away from a group home in the Hickey Road area. They were eventually caught along Thorne Avenue and are looking at charges of being unlawfully at large.
City Police announcing they're in the process of launching a social media strategy, in part, to counteract some of the negative postings online. There will be regular twitter updates and You Tube video.
