Woman Adopts Cat Shot By Arrow

Wyatt has a home.   He's the cat who was shot by an arrow near Exmouth and Richmond streets last month.

After undergoing complex surgery it was discovered the former street cat has feline leukemia meaning he can't be around other cats.

Empty-nester Cheryl Estey tells CHSJ News she has room for him.

She contacted the SPCA who referred her to the Fundy Animal Hospital who housed Wyatt after his surgery and because he had to be isolated.

She was able to bring him home on Friday.

Wyatt joins a household that also includes a turtle named Franklin.
