The RCMP called to a single vehicle collision on Highway 1 westbound in the Pennfield/Pocologan area.
It happened just before 7 this morning and one lane of the highway was blocked.
Horizon Health confirming to CHSJ News that five people were rushed to the Regional Hospital.
The Mounties have not released any information about whether anyone died in the crash
