Hit & Run On Highway 1

A man is being charged for a hit and run after crashing an SUV on Highway 1, near Harbour Bridge. The accident happening around 2:30 this morning.  The man was impaired and fled the scene. 

He was found shortly after, hiding between the bridge and the highway. The driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries. He's also being charged with refusal of blood demand.
