It happened around 8:15pm on Leinster Street. A six-foot-tall man, believed to be in his 20's, walked up behind her, and ran away with her purse.
Police say there was a bit of a struggle. The 75 year old woman suffered minor injuries.
They are looking for the suspect and if you have any information, call City Police.
