Deal Aims To Protect Youth Online


The province signing an agreement to provide more protection for kids and teens online.

Through an agreement with the Canadian Centre for Child Protection, public schools will incorporate new resources to increase awareness among kids and teens about the potential dangers of exploitation when they go online.

Education and Early Childhood Development Minister Marie-Claude Blais calls the agreement an important step in the ongoing work the province is doing to protect young New Brunswickers from those who prey on youth online.
